The aim of this site is to provide information on Debian / Ubuntu linux that I have learnt over the months.

The information on this site started as a simple text file, which began when I started learning about Ubuntu.

Over time this has grown and I think it may prove useful to other people who are just starting out with a Debian based operating system.

I should point out that this information was used successfully by myself on Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) and Debian 4.0 (Etch).
